  What to expect in an initial consultation
  
  This session is for all new patients to the clinic.
  Your Chiropractor will first assess your condition, including a digital posture scan to look at alignment. Chiropractors' focus is on joints, discs and alignment of the spine.
  After we diagnose your problem, we can begin treatment on your first session (condition suitable for Chiropractic).
  Treatment will consist of manipulation, mobilisations and advice

  Cupping is used to treat pain, ease scar tissue deep within muscles and connective tissues, and reduce swelling and muscle knots. Also, like many complementary treatments, cupping is supposed to minimize circulating toxins by drawing them into the skin where they are more easily removed

  Dr Top has been practicing as a chiropractor since 2013 and holds a Bachelor and Master of Chiropractic Science from Macquarie University. Top employs various techniques such as Diversified Adjustments, Activator method and Thompson Drop Technique. These methods, together with several soft tissue therapies (including Active Release Technique (ART), Myofascial Release Technique (MRT), Post Isometric Relaxation (PIR) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).

  I have been involved with Chiropractic my whole life. Since my first session at aged 17, I knew this is what I wanted to do.
  
  Work with my hands and fix spines.
  
  To help someone in acute pain, or a long term chronic back issues, and get them back into their normal activities in life is what we goal towards.
  
  Outside of clinic hours, spending the day with my wife and daughter keeps me happy, and going for runs around Olympic Park.

  Graduated from Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2015. Currently studying Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Western Sydney University. Nguyen is a remedial massage therapist at Spinal Care who looks forward to providing treatments in muscle tightness, pain and aches.
  
  You can claim with ALL private healthfunds however Hicaps (on the spot claiming) is not available currently for BUPA. Manual claiming via app or online. Our staff can help with that if you need assistance.
