What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy aims to restore, repair and rehabilitate your body to improve function and quality of life. Through the use of muscle relaxation techniques, targeted exercise and stretching programs many of our patients feel better without pain, leading them to feel stronger, and stable in their bodies.


Who can use Physiotherapy?

To see a physiotherapist you do not need a doctors referral. Our therapists treat musculoskeletal conditions relating from general pain conditions, sporting injuries, occupational work places, CTP and core stability pilates training.


What does Physiotherapy treat?

Our physiotherapists specialise in injuries relating to the peripheral limbs including the Shoulder, Knee, Hip, Elbow, Ankle and Wrist.

Physiotherapy aims to help treat

  • Acute and re occurring pain

  • Loss of movement

  • Muscle and joint weakness

Our therapists are also passionate about core stability particualy those with chronic lower back and neck pain as well as women pre/post natal. We also offer pilates programs to patients wanting to strengthening their core
