What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy aims to restore, repair and rehabilitate your body to improve function and quality of life.

Through the use of muscle relaxation techniques, targeted exercise and stretching programs many of our patients feel better without pain, leading them to feel stronger, and stable in their bodies.

 

What does Physiotherapy treat?

Our resident physiotherapist is Rebecca Faros.

Rebecca specialises in injuries relating to the peripheral limbs including the Shoulder, Knee, Hip, Elbow, Ankle and Wrist.

Physiotherapy provides treatment for

  • Acute and re occurring pain

  • Loss of movement

  • Muscle and joint weakness

Rebecca is passionate about core stability, particularly those with chronic lower back and neck pain as well as women pre/post natal.

She can also pilates programs to patients wanting to strengthening their core

Who can use Physiotherapy?

To see a physiotherapist you do not need a doctors referral.

Physiotherapy is designed to effectively help anyone dealing with musculoskeletal conditions relating from general pain conditions, sporting injuries, occupational work places, CTP and core stability pilates training.
